Actually, whey protein is a part of protein that can be found in milk, egg white and beans. It is a combination of serum albinum, lactoglobulin and alpha-lactabumin. To make it bio-active it must not be involved in the pasteurization process so that it will contains cysteine which leads to glutathione which is important for our body health and fitness.
